We have a unique opportunity for someone to join our team in a fast paced boutique for someone fashion-focused and energetic. Minimum 1 year fashion retail experience is a must. Available 5 days a week ( 38 - 40 hours/week ) including Saturdays and/or Sundays, the occasional Thursday late night trade, for an immediate start. Must be available to specifically over the July to October period ( ie not traveling) as well as full availability over the peak November / December, Christmas sales block out periods. 

We are home to premium Australian designer brands, with our flagship-store based in vibrant Leederville and a high-growth online store which operates from the same premises.

Job Description - The Successful Candidate Will Be Required To:

  • Offer genuine customer service and styling;
  • Handle instore and online customer inquiries and issues;
  • Achieve store KPI's, sales targets and overseeing our team;
  • Ensure everyday operations run smoothly;
  • Receive and manage stock levels;
  • Liaise with brands for orders;
  • Liaise with senior management for operations;
  • Work collaboratively with immediate team members to ensure a smooth; operation of receiving stock / dispatching online orders;
  • Have a keen eye for detail to merchandise products and collections; 
  • Achieve and plan targets with growth;
  • Assist in content creation for social media / marketing usage;
  • Assist with buying, Purchase Orders, receiving stock;
  • Assist with credit notes and invoices in Xero;
  • Assist with managing VIP clientele.

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • Experience in the (fashion) retail industry is a must;
  • An understanding of genuine customer care experience;
  • A love for fashion and styling for a wide demographic of clientele;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Exceptional verbal, written and analytical;
  • Results oriented with an ability to work cross-functionally with other teams in the business;
  • A positive can-do attitude with a desire to excel and achieve in your role;
  • A love for our brand and desire to be a brand ambassador.
